Two floors of make-believe

A pretend supermarket, a hospital, a kitchen, a café counter and a dressing-up rail — plus a calm sensory room when it's all a bit much. Built for 0–7 year olds, and for the grown-ups sitting with a coffee watching them go.

What's inside

Everywhere they'd want to go, in one room

Role play is how small children rehearse the real world — the words, the turn-taking, the small negotiations. It just happens to look like the best fun they've had all week.

The supermarket

Baskets, a till, shelves to fill and empty and fill again. Endlessly.

The hospital

Every teddy seen within seconds. Bandages applied generously.

The kitchen & café

A counter of their own, right next to the real one. Orders taken very seriously.

Dressing up

A full rail of costumes. Nobody has ever left it on the hanger.

The sensory room

Soft light and gentle textures, for a reset halfway through. Always included.

Grown-up seating

Somewhere comfortable to sit, in sight of everything, with a decent coffee.

The sensory room at Mollie's Party Paradise, with soft lighting and calming textures.

The sensory room

Not an add-on. Just part of it.

Some children come in and head straight for the quiet room. Some need it twenty minutes in. Some never use it at all. All three are completely normal, and none of them cost extra.

If your child needs a low-stimulation visit, ring ahead and we'll tell you which sessions tend to be quietest. We'd much rather you asked.

Open play

Simple pricing, no membership

Turn up and pay on the day, or book ahead if you'd rather be certain. Adults pay a pound — that's for the space, not the coffee.

First time?

What to expect

  1. Come in and sign the little ones in

Takes a minute. We'll ask about allergies and anything we should know.

  2. Shoes off, socks on

There's a spot by the door for shoes and bags. Spare socks behind the counter if you've forgotten.

  3. They go. You sit down.

Grab a coffee from the counter and find a seat. You can see the whole room from anywhere in it.

  4. Stay as long as the session runs

No time limit within the session — leave when they've run out of steam.

Fancy a couple of hours out of the house?

Open play runs most days. Bring socks.
